I brought some of these cheesecakes to work, even my co-worker who claimed not to like figs seemed to enjoy my Pistachio Fig and Cheesecake Vegan. And I think a lot of them are new things for vegan cheesecake things as a whole, because of a lot of people, but it's very well received. I really like the huge Vegan Cheesecake.
Ingredients
- Vegetarian, Gluten-free, Paleo

- 1/2 cup of Figs, dried
- 1 Mission cup figs, black
Canned Food
- 1/4 cup of Coconut cream
Seasoning
- 9 tbsp Coconut butter
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- 1/4 cup Lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 27 tbsp Maple syrup
Baking & Spice
- 1/4 cup Almond Flour
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon, powder
- 2 tsp Vanilla
Oil & Vinegar
- 1/3 cup of coconut oil
Peanuts & Grains
- 2 1/2 cups Cashews, raw
- 1/4 cup of Desiccated shredded coconut
- 2 tbsp Flax seeds
- 1 2/3 cup of Pistachios
Dairy products
- 7 tbsp Cashew butter
Liquid Material
- 1/4 cup of water
