I brought some of these cheesecakes to work, even my co-worker who claimed not to like figs seemed to enjoy my Pistachio Fig and Cheesecake Vegan. And I think a lot of them are new things for vegan cheesecake things as a whole, because of a lot of people, but it's very well received. I really like the huge Vegan Cheesecake.

Ingredients

  • Vegetarian, Gluten-free, Paleo
  •  15 servings

Raw materials

  • 1/2 cup of Figs, dried
  • 1 Mission cup figs, black

Canned Food

  • 1/4 cup of Coconut cream

Seasoning

  • 9 tbsp Coconut butter
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup Lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 27 tbsp Maple syrup

Baking & Spice

  • 1/4 cup Almond Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon, powder
  • 2 tsp Vanilla

Oil & Vinegar

  • 1/3 cup of coconut oil

Peanuts & Grains

  • 2 1/2 cups Cashews, raw
  • 1/4 cup of Desiccated shredded coconut
  • 2 tbsp Flax seeds
  • 1 2/3 cup of Pistachios

Dairy products

  • 7 tbsp Cashew butter

Liquid Material

  • 1/4 cup of water
